The customer service from rainbow railways was great, I ordered a new emu from them and they even fitted DCC for me. Would use them again!

Never had shopped before with Rainbow Railways (on-line), but they had the product I wanted, which I found with them through Google. Quick shipping and incredibly well packed (took a bit of time to unpack). As I ordered twice within a few hours, on request they refunded me postage of one order without a problem. Next time I will have a look at RR when shopping for model trains, got a good feeling from this experience.

Good price, good packaging, good delivery. But, very difficult to place and pay for order. Left item in basket for a couple of days before I could actually place and pay for order. Thought I was being scammed as I had entered my credit card and Paypal details on the order. Never had this problem before with other suppliers when placing an order. Be aware.

Excellent supplier of items. Very quick despatch of my order and a good price. Recommend them over Bachmann's own parts service - lovely people to buy off
