Description
The Power Bank Mini is Hornby's smallest HM7000 power bank, designed for smaller locomotives where space is tight. The control PCB (8 x 6.5 x 3mm) and capacitor (10 x 7mm) are separate, giving maximum flexibility when fitting, and a plug-and-play socket connects it to the current HM7000 Bluetooth/DCC decoders with no soldering.
Dirty track and small dead spots at points and crossings can stall a locomotive and, with a sound decoder, cause the sounds to reset. A power bank bridges those gaps for smooth, uninterrupted running. It is specified for Hornby's TT:120 Class 47.
This version: R7426 is the HM7000 Power Bank Mini.
Features include:
• Smallest HM7000 power bank, for locomotives with limited space
• Separate control PCB (8 x 6.5 x 3mm) and capacitor (10 x 7mm)
• Plug-and-play connection to HM7000 Bluetooth/DCC decoders – no soldering
• Keeps locomotives and sounds running over dirty track and dead spots
Please note: Not suitable for use without an HM7000 decoder. Connecting it directly to other decoders or to locomotive wiring may damage the power bank, the locomotive or the decoder.
Pre-order now. Expected release: March 2027 (Hornby's scheduled date, subject to change). Images may be pre-production samples or renders and the final model may differ.
